STI-CO Industries LLC is expanding its RF, power, and data cable assembly, wire harness, and over-molding capabilities to support higher-frequency, ruggedized designs for defense and industrial platforms operating in harsh environments.

STI-CO’s interconnect portfolio is engineered to reduce integration risk and support long-life deployments across defense, electronic warfare, airborne, military communications, public safety, transportation, and critical infrastructure programs. Capabilities include customized, application-specific RF coaxial assemblies and integrated interconnect solutions for demanding environments.

All assemblies are manufactured in the United States with full traceability, serialized lot control, and disciplined production processes that support long-term program continuity. STI-CO maintains quality systems certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100D and manufactures cable assemblies in conformance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 requirements for applications where documentation, process control, and reliability are critical.
