Qosina Partners with Zenius to Expand Device Development Support

The partnership lets Qosina enhance support for Japanese customers by providing local expertise, faster turnaround, and production quality.

Qosina, a supplier of single-use components to the medical and pharma industries, began a new partnership with Zenius Corporation, a one-stop solution provider for medical device development based in Japan.

The partnership lets Qosina enhance support for Japanese customers by providing local expertise, faster turnaround, and production quality aligned to high standards. It also grows global development services, so customers have access to end-to-end solutions from concept through clinical trials.

Further, Zenius’ design and development services complement Qosina’s broad component offerings to help streamline the path from idea to market.

Thanks to this collaboration, the company bolsters its commitment to supporting customers in Japan and across the world by combining its catalog of medical device components with Zenius’ expertise in design, DFM (design for manufacturability), rapid prototyping, quick-turn tooling, low-volume production and contract manufacturing.

In August, Qosina expanding its partnership with the Bioprocess Solutions business unit of Saint-Gobain by onboarding 38 new tubing SKUs, bringing the total number of Saint-Gobain-manufactured products in its portfolio to 114.
