Nissha Co. Names New CEO and COO

Company looks within its ranks to fill management slate.

Nissha Co. Ltd. has appointed Brandon Hoffman as CEO and Michael Memminger as chief operating officer (COO)/chief financial officer (CFO) of Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT). These leadership changes reinforce Kyoto, Japan-based Nissha Co.’s commitment to NMT as a core growth platform within the parent entity’s global portfolio.

Hoffman and Memminger bring more than two decades of experience within the Nissha organization, and deep expertise across NMT’s worldwide operations. They will lead the next phase of strategic expansion, operational excellence, and long-term investment.

Under Hoffman’s leadership, NMT has executed a clear growth strategy, integrating strategic acquisitions into the core business model to expand capabilities, accelerate time‑to‑market, and create measurable value for customers worldwide. His approach blends disciplined operational excellence with a forward‑looking investment in transformative healthcare technologies.

Hoffman earned a bachelor of science degree in engineering and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

In his dual COO/CFO role, Memminger will provide global direction and oversight of Nissha Medical’s financial activities and fiscal well-being, offering strategic direction and support across M&A efforts and organic growth opportunities.

Memminger has 25 years of progressive experience in corporate financial management and general business management. Prior to this role, he led NMT’s Data Recording and Transactional Media businesses. Before his NMT tenure, Memminger was director of FP&A at Lactalis American Group.

Memminger earned a bachelor of arts degree in international business and world trade from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his MBA in finance at Rochester Institute of Technology.
