Diaphragm pump manufacturer KNF begins a new chapter in its leadership as Alexander Heizler assumes the role of CEO, succeeding longtime leader Martin Becker.

Heizler joined the company in 2009 and has served as chief operating officer (COO) since 2021. His appointment ensures continuity and reflects KNF’s commitment to long-term stability as a family-owned business. “I am honored to take on the role of CEO,” Heizler said. “KNF stands for technological excellence, strong values, and a dedicated global team. I look forward to continuing this successful journey.”

After more than 40 years at KNF, including 26 as CEO, Becker is stepping down from operational leadership to fully focus on his role as board chairman. Nevertheless, he looks forward to continuing his close collaboration with Heizler in a new capacity.

“Passing on the operational leadership of KNF is a deeply personal step for me,” Becker stated. “I am proud of what we have built together and fully trust Alexander Heizler to lead the company with passion and responsibility.”

This leadership change underscores KNF’s clear vision for the future. With more than 900 employees worldwide, KNF is committed to innovation, sustainability, and customer-focused diaphragm pump solutions.

KNF develops diaphragm pumps. Its portfolio includes OEM, process, and laboratory solutions for gas, liquid, and vacuum applications in the medical, inkjet, gas analysis, food, and chemical industries. Founded in Germany in 1946, the family-owned group has 24 locations worldwide.
