Keystone Electronics has released press-in type PTFE (Teflon) insulated terminals for high temperature, terminal, and connector applications as part of its multi-purpose hardware portfolio.

The terminals were engineered for high-density packaging on .062” and .093” thick PCBs. The company said the pins and terminals offer excellent electrical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristics.

They are resistant to mechanical shock and vibration, and manufactured in configurations for design applications including top mount, bottom mount, and feed-thru mounting on chassis, boards, and panels.

The insulator bushings are manufactured from high-grade white PTFE with tin-plated brass electrodes. Operational temperature ranges from -85° F (-65° C) to +400° F (204° C). Mating PTFE insulated test point jacks are also available, Keystone said.

The company said all the products are available through its global distribution network, as well as online through ordering partners.

Keystone offers a line of interconnect components and electronic hardware. Modifications, special designs, stamping, machining, assembly services and application-engineering support are also available.

Keystone is ISO 9001:2015 certified, with headquarters in the US and global offices in Europe, Canada, Asia and Australia.
