Intek Plastics Acquires Five Star Plastics

Operating as a separate division, Five Star will help Intek Plastic offer a more comprehensive suite of services.

Intek Plastics, a leader in engineered thermoplastic extrusions and value-added services, has acquired Five Star Plastics, an injection molding and prototyping company based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Five Star will operate as a separate division of Intek Plastics Group.

The acquisition strengthens Intek Plastics’ portfolio by integrating Five Star’s expertise in advanced prototyping, injection molding, and manufacturing solutions. The companies will offer a more comprehensive suite of services, providing greater value to customers across diverse industries.
