RQM+ has recruited Ross D. Segan, M.D., to its Board of Directors. Dr. Segan is a physician–executive and medtech strategist with senior leadership experience at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Johnson & Johnson, Olympus, Covidien, and Vensana Capital, and currently serves as CEO of Medical Scientific Advisors LLC.

Dr. Segan’s career spans more than 20 clinical specialties and global markets, with a consistent focus on aligning clinical outcomes, regulatory strategy, health economics, and reimbursement to unlock commercial value. He is also active in policy and advocacy through work with AdvaMed and other industry organizations.
