Arterex Acquires Adroit USA Inc. Expanding Medical Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, & Machining Capabilities

With additional manufacturing plants in India, this deal strengthens Arterex’s global footprint in medical device contract manufacturing.

Arterex, a leading global medical device developer and contract manufacturer, has acquired Adroit USA Inc., a vertically integrated contract manufacturer that specializes in complete medical device manufacturing.

This deal positions Arterex to provide its customers the benefits of a cost-effective, high-tech alternative production source to China while leveraging Adroit USA Inc.’s existing capabilities and workforce to quickly and fully scale production. 

Established in 2003 in Pleasanton, CA, Adroit USA operates two ISO 13485-certified manufacturing facilities in Bangalore, India, along with an engineering applications development lab in Milpitas, California. The company has over 650 employees and specializes in high-precision injection-molded plastic components, precision stainless steel and nitinol components, and fully assembled and packaged medical devices.
