Allegheny Performance Plastics, a leading provider of high-performance thermoplastic components, has acquired Holbrook Tool and Molding, Inc., a precision injection molding and tooling company based in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

This strengthens Allegheny’s capabilities in precision tooling and complex component manufacturing, while expanding its footprint in the North American market. 

Founded in 1983, Holbrook Tool and Molding has earned a strong reputation for quality, precision, and reliability. Its experienced team and robust manufacturing capabilities will now operate under the Allegheny brand, continuing to serve existing customers while leveraging new growth opportunities.

Holbrook’s deep expertise in high-tolerance mold building, insert molding, and custom-engineered solutions complements Allegheny’s advanced materials expertise and dedication to solving demanding engineering challenges in the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets.
