MGS Acquires Knudsen Plast A/S

Acquisition expands cleanroom molding capacity and strengthens customer support across Central and Eastern Europe.

MGS today announced its acquisition of Denmark-based injection molder Knudsen Plast A/S, an organization with more than four decades of healthcare manufacturing experience. Neither company disclosed the deal’s terms.

With operations in both Denmark and Slovakia, the deal enhances MGS’ ability to support customer needs across Europe with expanded cleanroom capacity, deep injection molding expertise, and greater proximity to fast-growing regional supply chains.
