CompaMed, the co-located event at the Medica show, features the supplier side of the medical device manufacturing community. Two halls host these service providers of custom offerings and innovations, ready to help OEM customers bring their finished devices to the healthcare industry. Following are several companies exhibiting within the show, eager to help solve challenges, speed time to market, and provide valuable guidance.
Apple Rubber—Hall 8B, Stand F20-2

Apple Rubber, a rubber sealing solutions manufacturer based in Lancaster, N.Y., supports the medical device industry with products designed to improve patient safety, enhance user performance, and optimize health outcomes. Since 1971, the organization has established itself as a trusted partner among medical device manufacturers around the globe. The company’s commitment to innovation, precision engineering, and stringent quality control has made it a go-to choice for medical sealing solutions. The company’s comprehensive range of rubber products includes medical-grade o-rings, custom molded seals, silicone components, and more. The seals are developed using an ever-expanding selection of advanced materials and technologies, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards and regulations. In addition, the firm’s dedication to research and development allows it to stay at the forefront of medical sealing advancements.
Delta ModTech—Hall 8A, Stand M34
Delta ModTech, a provider of high-precision converting, packaging, and coating equipment, invites visitors to witness live demonstrations of its patented Island Placement process, engineered specifically for advanced wound-care manufacturing. Manufacturing medical wound-care products often demands the layering of multiple materials with precise alignment. Traditional converting processes struggle when integrating materials such as delicate PU adhesives, absorbent pads, and intricate film structures. The Island Placement process enables cutting and placement of non-adhesive foam pads with exact spacing and up to 40% material savings. Complementing that process is servo-driven tension control and registration accuracy. These capabilities empower the handling of stretchy films, intricate shapes, and multi-layer builds in a single continuous run, dramatically lowering material waste and production risk.
Formacoat—Hall 8B/G30-5
Formacoat is a provider of contract medical device coating services and leverages its presence at industry events to meet with worldwide customers. The organization is eager to help attendees solve their medical device coating challenges. In addition, it has announced its presence at several locations, including the CompaMed show. From November 19-20, 2025, Formacoat will be exhibiting at the MEDevice Silicon Valley tradeshow in Santa Clara, CA, Booth 1026. Then, in early 2026 (February 3-5), the organization will be exhibiting at the MD&M West tradeshow in Anaheim, CA, Booth 1374.
UFP MedTech—Hall 8B, Stand G20-5

UFP MedTech is a U.S.-based global designer and custom manufacturer of comprehensive solutions for single-use and single-patient medical devices, sterile barrier packaging, and equipment drapes. The company manufactures medical devices and packaging for minimally invasive surgery, infection prevention, wound care, wearables, orthopedic soft goods, and orthopedic implants.
In medical device development, ideas are abundant, but the expertise to bring them to life is rare. Partnering with a full-service design, development, and manufacturing team can help you streamline the process, reduce costs, and accelerate your path to market. Instead of managing separate partners for design, development, and production, UFP suggests selecting a single partner that offers end-to-end capabilities—including regulatory support, supply chain management, and manufacturing.
Evolution Free Zone

With an investment in infrastructure of close to US$75 million in its first two development phases, Evolution Free Zone is establishing itself as the fastest-growing business ecosystem in Costa Rica. In addition, the innovative environment and the highly qualified talent in the country make it the ideal Park for the sustainable growth of the companies that establish themselves there. This is complemented by a comprehensive portfolio of services and an ecosystem that fosters business development and efficiency. As a result, it is home to eight market-leading companies, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), such as Johnson & Johnson MedTech and Stryker, as well as strategic suppliers: AVNA, Accudyn, Trelleborg Medical Solutions, and Forj Medical. While Evolution Free Zone does not have a stand at the event, you may catch representatives to discuss opportunities at the Procomer booth in Hall 16, Stand K47.
