PrecisionX, a CORE Industrial Partners portfolio company, has acquired Hudson Technologies, a manufacturer of mission-critical, deep drawn metal components.

The deal strengthens PrecisionX’s standing as a U.S.-based provider of metal components in the aerospace & defense, medical device, satellite & space, and high-end telecommunications industries. Florida-based Hudson joins GEM Manufacturing, Coining MFG, National Manufacturing, Ditron, and MSK Precision Products to add advanced engineering expertise, a larger production footprint, and increased capacity.

PrecisionX said it continues to invest in growing technical expertise, in-house tooling and die capabilities, and operational scope and this acquisition is another milestone in its growth journey. Adding Hudson’s deep drawn expertise enhances its ability to deliver solutions for complex, high-performance components.

“The acquisition of Hudson Technologies is a strategic move that enhances our platform’s metal forming capabilities and scale,” said Chris Huntington, CEO of PrecisionX Group. “Hudson’s deep draw expertise complements our existing portfolio and aligns with our mission to serve the most demanding industries with expanded capabilities, unmatched precision, reliability, and material mastery.”

Last August, the company acquired MSK Precision Products, a provider of manufacturing and assembly of high-precision components for the medical, aerospace, defense, and telecommunications industries. In the same week, the company purchased Ditron, a manufacturer of small, micro, and micro-miniature stamped parts and components for critical use applications.
