Safe Life Acquires D-Sécurité Groupe to Enter French Market

Safe Life, a provider of life-saving solutions, has acquired D-Sécurité Groupe (D-Sécurité), a French supplier of AEDs and medical equipment. This represents Safe Life’s 10th acquisition of 2024.

Purchasing D-Sécurité expands the company’s reach into France. The company said D-Sécurité has built a strong reputation in AED sale and distribution, as well as related medical equipment.

D-Sécurité will keep operating under its own name. The company stands to benefit from Safe Life’s extensive resources, global network, and innovative product line.

The company said entering France was a key priority for the group. The company will continue to explore opportunities to bolster its position in France.
