PrecisionX Group Acquires Ditron

This expands PecisionX’s portfolio to include manufacturing of small, micro, and micro-miniature stamped parts.

PrecisionX Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, recently acquired NY-based Ditron, a manufacturer of small, micro, and micro-miniature stamped parts and components for critical use applications in multiple growth industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor.  
 
Ditron is recognized for its high-quality components. It offers precision-engineered solutions that provide high-quality, tight-tolerance parts for demanding applications. Its capabilities include progressive die stamping, reel-to-reel stamping, heat treating, and in-house custom tool design to ensure the highest quality micro and micro-miniature stamped components.

Ditron’s 32,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is located in Stormville, NY, and is ISO 9001 certified and RoHs and IATF 1649 compliant.
