Team Technologies Inc., a healthcare specialty manufacturer focused on serving oral & dental care and medical end markets, has acquired Baril Corporation, a medical specialty manufacturer of infection prevention, wound care, clinical chemistry, patient monitoring, and medical and surgical consumable products. Team is backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (together with its affiliates), who acquired the company in 2018.
 
Offering the benefits of a variety of services ranging from product design and development to finished device manufacturing, assembly, and packaging, Team Technologies is suited to meeting the needs of healthcare product companies seeking innovative and efficient commercialization, product development, and manufacturing solutions. The combination with Baril adds a heritage in die-cutting, laminating, and device assembly solutions, and a base of healthcare customers. The union brings together complementary manufacturing processes and deepens both organizations’ capabilities within healthcare end markets.
