The company has been executing an integration plan for its medical division, and announced its three fundamental medical business operating platforms: legacy; specialty; and finishing services. This announcement comes on the heels of the official brand launch, announced May 9, reporting the acquisition of Pexco and successful merge with PPC Industries Inc., a Kohlberg portfolio business that also comprises Kelpac Medical.

Contract manufacturing and original design and manufacture operations, highlighted by the Xeridiem service brand, are managed by its “finishing services” medical platform.
