that a firm understanding of your project’s parameters, timeline and other key attributes is required upfront. Only then can you adequately match your needs with the supplier’s core competencies. The goal is to select a supplier—or a small number of suppliers—that can oversee multiple manufacturing disciplines and meet timeline and performance objectives.
