Stuart Herskovitz, Qosina’s founder and former Chairman of the Board, has stepped down and is now Chairman Emeritus.
 
Mr. Herskovitz continues to be fully involved in the company and retains his seat on the Board, but will now shift his focus to business development and attending industry trade shows.

Mr. Beckman also was a founder of BIO and NYBIO, where he served as Chairman and in Board leadership positions.
