MICROMO has expanded its encoder product line with the addition of its PA2-50. Leading the way again in miniature motor feedback development, MICROMO now provides a high-resolution, low-current-draw optical encoder in a 6mm diameter package. After developing the industry standard for feedback down to 8mm diameter motors, MICROMO now packs four times the resolution into one tenth the volume for 6mm diameter brushed motors. The PA2-50 provides an impressive 50 lines per revolution before quadrature utilizing optical technology. The increased resolution comes efficiently with a battery-friendly current draw of 8mA.
